A perfect golden half circle sits on the horizon — a sun rising or setting, depending on how you choose to see it. A single fine horizontal line divides sky from earth. The background is divided in vertical zones of soft beige and lavender, so subtly that you notice the variation only when you look carefully. This unique wall clock is a conceptual piece: geometric, considered, and open to interpretation.

The half circle is filled with real gold pigment, evenly worked into the acrylic surface. Four gold dot markers hold the principal hour positions. The silent quartz movement works behind the canvas. The beige frame is the only possible choice — present without competing.

For Japandi, Bauhaus-inspired and minimalist contemporary interiors. A clock for people who choose art on the basis of idea as well as appearance.

About YS-Art Gallery

Behind every piece from YS-Art Gallery stands an artist — not a printer, not an algorithm. Acrylic paint is applied layer by layer to real canvas, shaped with brush and palette knife until the composition is right. What results is not a poster and not a reproduction — it is an original that you can see and feel. Every one of our hand-painted wall clocks combines timekeeping and craftsmanship: a silent quartz movement behind a genuine painting. Each piece leaves our studio as a unique object — and arrives with you as a work of art.

FAQ

Is the half circle hand-painted or is it a template?

Hand-painted using a template for the curve, but the gold pigment fill is worked into the acrylic surface entirely by hand. Each piece has a slightly unique surface texture.

What does the horizontal line represent?

The horizon — it divides the composition into sky and earth, making the half circle readable as a rising or setting sun. The interpretation is intentionally open.

Silent?

Yes — completely silent quartz.
